Responsibilities
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors and direct them appropriately; answer and screen incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
- Administrative Support: Manage and organize office files, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Data Entry: Input and update customer and company information into databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of precision.
- Communication: Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, memos, and internal communications.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary; assist in coordinating office maintenance and repairs.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for management staff.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events and team building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; additional business administration or secretarial coursework is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, previous internship or volunteer experience is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
