Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate office calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
- Prepare and distribute professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for records and documents
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including equipment setup and orientation materials
