Your Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize incoming communications, including email and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Support the executive team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as expense reports and invoice processing.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and manage vendor relationships.
- Prepare and edit internal documents, presentations, and reports.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- 0-2 years of administrative experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor at all times.
- Basic understanding of office procedures and etiquette.
