- Manage incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and positive first impression.
- Perform research and special projects as assigned by management to support company goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
