Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries for department leadership.
- Communication: Draft and distribute correspondence, including emails, memos, and internal newsletters.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate electronic and physical files, assist with data entry, and perform general filing duties.
- Front Desk Support: Greet visitors, screen calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supplies inventory and order necessary materials to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events and team-building activities.
- Research: Conduct basic research and prepare summary reports as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates for our entry-level positions.
