Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily office operations and maintain schedules efficiently.
- Greet clients and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Screen and route incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, digital files, and physical archives.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Perform data entry tasks and generate basic reports using Microsoft Office.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or coursework in business administration preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
