Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the daily office schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to records.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with data entry, inventory tracking, and general office supply management.
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including room bookings and catering logistics.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
