We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in the heart of New Orleans, LA. Due to our expanding operations, we are excited to offer a flexible schedule and remote support opportunities for candidates residing in Florida.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our internal and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow management across both our Louisiana and Florida offices.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and general inquiries.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive digital and physical filing systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Provide exceptional customer service support to both local and remote team members.
- Assist with daily office operations, including inventory management and supply organization.
- Support the Regional Manager with ad-hoc projects and special administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a hybrid work model.
