Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments for executives with precision.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and internal meetings.
- Monitor office inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
