Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the daily administrative operations of the office, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and memos using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to records.
- Coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Qualifications
