Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department leadership
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Process expense reports, invoices, and maintain accurate financial records
- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire materials and workspace setups
- Coordinate office inventory management and vendor communications
- Assist with special projects including data compilation and report preparation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of office or administrative experience (internships welcome)
