Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing packages.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Prepare and edit business correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems with high accuracy.
- Assist with basic data entry, expense reports, and invoice processing.
- Perform research and compile information for management presentations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
