Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the flow of incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain the organization of physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
- Perform data entry tasks and generate basic reports as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous administrative experience is not required; we are looking for enthusiastic entry-level candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
