Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a comprehensive 3-year strategic plan focusing on AI integration and digital transformation.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects aimed at solving complex, long-term technical challenges and identifying emerging technologies.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build, scale, and mentor a diverse engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Process Optimization: Overhaul existing workflows to maximize efficiency and ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and executing them successfully.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Cloud Architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
