Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Strategy aligned with corporate vision and market demands.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced IoT.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities for digital transformation to gain a competitive edge.
- Manage a substantial budget for innovation projects, R&D initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
- Present quarterly roadmaps and strategic insights to the C-Suite and board members.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Oversee the lifecycle of pilot projects from conception to full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with AI, Machine Learning, and Web3 ecosystems.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations and scaling operations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex tech into business value.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
