Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, including AI, quantum computing, and next-gen interfaces.
- Identify market opportunities and competitive threats to ensure our innovation pipeline remains robust.
- Oversee the lifecycle of strategic projects from ideation through to deployment.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the engineering and product teams.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives and vendor partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or product management.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or defining long-term tech strategies.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future-forward tech stacks.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
