Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of our proprietary Neural Processing Units (NPUs) aimed at the 2026 consumer market.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for our AI division, ensuring alignment with global tech trends.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering team focused on Generative AI and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate neural interfaces with existing cloud ecosystems.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging technologies.
- Present technical strategies to executive stakeholders and potential investors.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, specifically Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with quantum computing architectures or a strong aptitude for rapid learning in novel tech stacks.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and deliver on aggressive timelines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
