Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive, long-term strategic plan that aligns emerging tech trends with our business objectives and operational goals.
- Lead AI & Automation Strategy: Identify opportunities for integrating Generative AI, Machine Learning, and automation to drive efficiency and innovation by 2026.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future scenarios and strategic initiatives to the C-suite, board members, and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in and resources.
- R&D Evaluation: Assess and prototype emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Edge Computing, Web3) to determine their viability for future product development.
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor global technology landscapes to predict shifts in consumer behavior and competitive dynamics.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting with a proven track record of delivering long-term roadmaps.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Blockchain, and Advanced Analytics, with a specific focus on their 2026 application.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems in a rapidly evolving market.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
