Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 3-5 year technology roadmap, specifically targeting key milestones for the year 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers in developing proof-of-concepts for Quantum-ML integration and neural interface systems.
- Market Analysis: Identify disruptive technologies and emerging trends (e.g., AGI safety, holographic computing) to maintain our competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Partnerships: Forge alliances with academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and talent distribution across high-potential 2026 projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI, Quantum computing, or next-gen hardware.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and high-performance computing frameworks; familiarity with quantum algorithms is highly desirable.
