- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to accelerate R&D.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for future-tech initiatives to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of anticipating market shifts and leading organizational transformation.
