Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including advanced AI, generative models, and quantum computing applications.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams.
- Identify high-value technology partnerships and acquisitions to accelerate growth.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technological implementations and innovation pipelines.
- Present complex technical strategies to the executive board and stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative technology products or platforms.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture trends.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
