Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the research and implementation of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Cultivate partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of new technologies into existing product lines.
- Define and enforce ethical standards and governance frameworks for emerging tech deployment.
- Present complex technical concepts to C-level executives and stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technical transformations or product launches.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future-forward technology stacks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable technology strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
