- Present technology vision to C-suite and board with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor innovation lab teams through agile development of prototype technologies
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations with legal counsel
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt compliance frameworks proactively
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (3+ case studies required)
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive-level experience scaling innovation teams to 50+ members
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., foresight.org) or equivalent
- Prior experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar tier-1 tech publications
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
