Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our long-term business goals and anticipates market shifts leading into 2026.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools to drive operational efficiency.
- Architect Future Workflows: Overhaul legacy systems to support a hybrid, remote-first, and AI-augmented workforce model.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists.
- R&D Management: Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Advanced Robotics) and pilot them within controlled environments.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years focused on AI strategy and future tech.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and software development lifecycles.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, capable of articulating a vision to stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications: Advanced degrees (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration are preferred.
