Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap specifically targeting capabilities and trends available by the year 2026.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Biotech) and evaluate their potential for integration into our core business.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex futuristic concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for bold initiatives.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate concepts that will define our competitive edge in 2026.
- Future-Proofing: Analyze regulatory changes and market shifts to ensure our infrastructure remains resilient and compliant for the future.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior technology leadership or strategic consulting roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and developing long-term strategic plans.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture, and emerging tech stacks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
