Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic technology roadmap aligned with company goals.
Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to drive operational efficiency.
Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Oversee a cross-functional team of researchers, data scientists, and strategists.
Predict market trends and regulatory changes to mitigate risk and capitalize on opportunities.
Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and innovation labs.
Present complex strategic concepts to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product leadership.
Proven track record of leading organizational change and digital transformation.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies and future market trends.
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related technical field is preferred.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience managing large budgets and multi-year projects.
Strategic thinker with a focus on scalability and future-proofing solutions.
