Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Web3, and Quantum Computing.
- Leadership & Vision: Inspire and manage a diverse team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers to build solutions that solve tomorrow's problems.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the 'Future Labs' initiative, dedicating resources to experimental projects and proof-of-concept technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious 2026 initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Overhaul legacy systems and implement agile methodologies to accelerate time-to-market for futuristic products.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential technological and regulatory risks associated with next-generation developments and mitigate them proactively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, with a proven track record of driving innovation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate long-term visions into actionable, executable strategies.
