Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight & Roadmapping: Develop and maintain the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key innovations that will drive business growth and competitive advantage.
- Tech Innovation Leadership: Spearhead R&D initiatives in AI, Machine Learning, and next-generation computing architectures to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for the C-Suite and board members.
- Team Building & Mentorship: Recruit, build, and lead a world-class team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic planners.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging trends to predict shifts in the tech landscape and advise on necessary pivots.
- Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships with leading tech universities, research labs, and industry pioneers.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or executive management capacity.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, automation, and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on their application in 2026 and beyond.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of successfully executing long-term strategic plans that result in measurable business transformation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and inspire teams with a compelling vision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Agility: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through periods of rapid change and technological disruption.
