Responsibilities

- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with DARPA and NSF
- Establish industry-wide ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Represent InnovateX at global forums (World Economic Forum, CES) as a thought leader
- Drive commercialization of 3+ breakthrough technologies by 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in tech ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science with 10k+ citations
- Experience securing federal grants and managing $100M+ R&D budgets
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
