Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap focused on the 2026 landscape and beyond.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge Computing, AI Agents).
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to translate strategic vision into technical specifications.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the evolving tech ecosystem.
- Mentor senior engineers and strategists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or engineering.
- Proven track record of driving innovation in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Advanced degree (M.S./PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and their business applications.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
