Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Neuro-Interfaces by 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to identify and prototype high-potential emerging technologies before they enter the mainstream market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to align technical strategy with broader business goals.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic engineers.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
