Responsibilities

- Oversee the incubation of experimental projects and manage the transition of prototypes to production.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for long-term innovation initiatives.

- Build and mentor a high-performing team of technology strategists and futurists.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and executing 5+ year strategic plans with a focus on future trends.
- Expert knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
