Core Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap designed to achieve the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Advanced Robotics) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, collaborating with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership teams.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to forecast industry trends and technological shifts.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and technology investments.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and strategic visions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
