Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end creation of our technology roadmap, identifying critical milestones and deliverables for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Lead Emerging Tech R&D: Spearhead research and development initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Web3 technologies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical innovation with business objectives and market demands.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Architect scalable and resilient technology stacks that can withstand the rapid pace of change anticipated in 2026.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists and engineers passionate about pushing boundaries.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level capacity.
- Futuristic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Cloud Architecture, and emerging tech stacks relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
