- Lead cross-functional teams in research and development of cutting-edge technologies.

- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with broader business objectives.
- Oversee budget allocation for R&D initiatives and ensure ROI on major tech investments.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership or strategic consulting roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum, AR/VR).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
