Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Product Roadmap, prioritizing high-impact AI and machine learning initiatives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build next-generation software solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Neural Interfaces) that could disrupt our industry.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data governance, and scalable architecture.
- Mentor junior leaders and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Strategic Consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex SaaS or Enterprise software products.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets ranging from $1M to $10M annually.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts.
