Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and communicate the long-term technological vision for Nexus Horizon Labs leading up to 2026, identifying key emerging trends in AI, Web3, and Quantum Computing.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a robust technology roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive business growth and competitive advantage.
- Tech Stack Optimization: Evaluate and integrate next-generation technologies to enhance system scalability, security, and performance.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical strategy with business objectives.
- Future Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to predict disruptions and opportunities relevant to the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development, engineering management, or product strategy with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining technology strategies for enterprise-level organizations.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams through periods of rapid technological change.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
