Nexus Innovations is seeking a visionary Director of Future Tech & 2026 Strategy to spearhead our long-term technological roadmap. In a rapidly evolving digital landscape, your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between today’s innovations and the transformative landscape of 2026.
You will define the strategic direction of our technology stack, ensuring we are not just keeping pace with the future, but actively shaping it through advanced AI, quantum readiness, and sustainable tech solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with global market trends and the specific goals of the 2026 timeframe.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI and autonomous systems into core business operations to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing, Next-gen IoT) to determine their viability for Nexus Innovations.
- Strategic Roadmap: Translate high-level corporate goals into actionable technical milestones and project plans for the next 3-5 years.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for innovation initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists, data scientists, and system architects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in technology strategy, executive management, or product development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate market shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure trends.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated success in navigating ambiguity and leading projects through complex transitions.
