Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and assess their applicability to our enterprise.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic planners.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry trends to anticipate shifts in the 2026 landscape.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership, with at least 3 years in a director-level role.
