Responsibilities
- Strategic Forecasting: Develop comprehensive long-term scenarios and strategic roadmaps for the company, focusing on key milestones for 2026 and the following decade.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, regulatory changes, and economic shifts to proactively advise leadership on potential opportunities and threats.
- Innovation Leadership: Champion the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) and integrate them into existing business models.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical capabilities with business objectives and drive organizational change.
- Resource Allocation: Direct the strategic investment of capital and talent toward high-impact projects that ensure sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive leadership roles within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term strategies (5-10 years) and executing them successfully.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and data analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence senior leadership.
