Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future scenarios and identify disruptive opportunities
- Analyze global innovation trends and translate insights into competitive advantages
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic futures to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (e.g., MIT Sloan, Harvard Business Review)
- Proven experience translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Proficiency in AI-powered forecasting tools and data visualization
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
