Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap for core infrastructure, anticipating shifts in AI and quantum computing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of architects and engineers in developing scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Collaborate with product leadership to identify emerging tech trends and integrate them into the core stack.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen distributed networks and edge computing environments.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and performance in high-traffic environments.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives 3-5 years into the future.
- Expert knowledge of Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration, data pipeline architecture, and Generative AI models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible technology deployment.
