- Identify high-potential investment areas and innovation hubs to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to scalable, future-proof architectures.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to secure budget and resources for large-scale innovation projects.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, management consulting, or senior executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully driving innovation and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of future technology trends, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and IoT ecosystems.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and manage diverse, high-performing teams.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
