Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the company's AI vision for the 2026 horizon, identifying key technological trends and competitive advantages.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, executives, and partners.
- R&D Oversight: Collaborate with research labs to pilot emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI 2.0, Neuro-symbolic AI).
- Partnerships: Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and industry leaders to foster innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformers, and distributed systems architecture.
