Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on Generative AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, design, and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess their potential impact on our business model and industry landscape.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategy with business objectives.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable AI infrastructure that enhances operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep technical expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects ahead of schedule.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
