- Lead the strategic development of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Bio-tech) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate high-level vision into actionable technical strategies.
- Oversee R&D initiatives focused on future-proofing our infrastructure and product suite.
- Present complex strategic concepts to stakeholders with clarity and persuasive impact.
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and strategic planners.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Technical Leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful innovation initiatives and defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential commercial applications.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
