- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.

- Present complex technical visions to the Board of Directors and stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or senior engineering leadership.
- Proven experience in leading organizations through major technological shifts and market disruptions.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of global market dynamics and the foresight to predict industry shifts up to 5 years in advance.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
- Demonstrated success in budget management and strategic resource allocation.
