Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process for all operational initiatives leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Identify emerging market trends and technological disruptions to inform long-term product roadmaps.
- Cross-functional leadership, collaborating with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to align goals.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Oversee budget allocation for high-impact projects and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Represent Apex Horizon at industry conferences and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, or technology leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Cloud Infrastructure).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related technical field is preferred.
