Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Web3, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to translate strategic vision into actionable product features.
- Pilot Programs: Spearhead the launch of experimental pilot programs to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to stakeholders and board members with clarity and conviction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in strategic planning, technology management, or innovation consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of the technology landscape, with a specific focus on trends predicted for 2026.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving change within large organizations.
