Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key trends in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable energy.
- Lead R&D Strategy: Oversee the research and development pipeline, ensuring that all projects align with long-term strategic goals and market needs.
- Innovation Management: Foster a culture of innovation by scouting emerging technologies and assessing their potential for integration into our core products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable development plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and investors, articulating the value and feasibility of future technologies.
Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategic leadership role within the technology sector.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and lead teams through transformative technological changes.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
